Life and ministry
Gedeon Addise [ጌዴዎን አዲሴ; aka Gedion] grew up in Hossana, Hadiyya Zone.
His father was one of the first Hadiyya evangelists of the Apostolic Church of Ethiopia.
Gedeon Addise was a lecturer at the Department of History, Addis Ababa University.
Most of Gedeon’s recorded gospel songs are in Amharic (a few in Hadiyya).
He passed away in 2014.
