Introduction
In October 1927, the Nordfeldt family moved from Nekemte to Nejo [Qubee: Naqamtee resp. Najjoo] to settle there and take up missionary work. At the time, there were no longer enough copies of the hymnal Faarsaa fi Weedu published by Onesimos Nesib in 1886. As a new edition was not possible in 1927, the Nordfeldts reproduced a selection of 24 songs 50 times by hectograph and brought half of them to Nejo.
